1. How long does your baked items stay good (aka shelf life)?

All our items are baked from the scratch with no preservatives added.

  • Cakes, Muffins, Brownies: 1-2 days in room temperature, 5 days in fridge.

  • Cookies, Biscotti: 4-5 days in room temperature, 7 days in fridge.

  • Bread, Buns: 1 day in room temperature, 3 days in fridge.

2. Do you add egg in any of your baked item?

No. All our items are eggless.

3. What types of flour do you use as your ingredient?

  • All our cakes, muffins, brownies, cookies, biscotti are made with 100% whole wheat flour (aata).

  • All our breads, buns are made with 50% whole wheat flour and 50% refined wheat flour. Breads and buns can be made with 100% whole wheat flour on request.

4. How to place and collect your orders?

Please or WhatsApp 9840800925 to place your order. Since all our items are made on orders, we appreciate a day's notice.

You can either pick up your order yourself or we can send through Dunzo, but charges apply.

5. How can you pay for your orders?

We accept cash or you can do an UPI transfer or NEFT transfer.

6. INR 120 for a loaf of bread? Seems expensive compared to store bought loaf?

Few important reasons. (1) The store bought bread weights significantly less (~400 gm) than our bread loaf (~750 gm) for the same family size. This is because the commercial bread loaf manufacturers use less flour and add bread improvers and stabilizers to make it rise well and have a fluffy texture. We do not add any improvers/stabilizers/additives/preservatives in our ingredients. (2) Compared to baking cake/pastry, bread making is a laborious task, especially when you bake one or few loaves at a time.
